Michael devoted his practice to representing injured workers in Washington State industrial insurance claims, Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims and Social Security Disability claims.
Michael graduated from O’Dea High School in Seattle (1963), Seattle University (1967) and the University of Washington School Of Law (1970). He was an Assistant Attorney General before moving into private practice in 1976. In 1978 Michael and David founded Welch & Condon.
